Industrial & Commercial Construction Solutions Specialist

, a role where your hands-on knowledge of construction and industrial systems gives you a huge advantage.

What You'll Do



Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams. Travel throughout your territory to meet with current and prospective customers, strengthening existing accounts while identifying new opportunities. Communicate through email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person visits to promote our products, resolve issues, and secure new business. Provide technical support and product expertise -- from concept to application -- ensuring customers get cost-effective, high-performance solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (Inside Sales, Sourcing, Quality, etc.) to quote projects, win business, and deliver excellent service. Use CRM and related tools to track opportunities, manage accounts, and document activities.

What We're Looking For



Education/Experience:

High School diploma Required or 3-5 years of relevant sales/technical trade experience.

Communication skills:

Comfortable presenting, listening, and building trust with customers.

Problem-solving mindset:

Able to analyze customer needs, recommend solutions, and think on your feet.

Sales drive:

Motivated to achieve targets, overcome objections, and grow business in your territory.

Technical aptitude:

Ability to read and understand technical drawings; prior product/engineering experience is a plus.

Technology:

Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred (training provided).

Other:

Must hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable with regional travel (some overnight).
