Position Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a background in industrial or manufacturing outside sales--someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and values building long-term customer partnerships. As the face of S&K Industrial, you'll work with both existing and new clients to deliver customized solutions across a territory that includes North Alabama and Southern Middle Tennessee - an area that already generates at least $1 million in annual revenue and offers significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding your territory through strategic outreach.
Customize and deliver compelling sales presentations based on each client's unique needs.
Identify high-potential sales outlets and pursue opportunities for growth.
Provide regular reporting on sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends.
Stay informed on competitor activity, pricing, product trends, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional service.
Continuously improve technical and industry knowledge through training, networking, and research.
Travel regionally to meet with customers and prospects face-to-face.
What You Bring to the Role
1-2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
High school diploma required; some college or technical education preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort discussing technical products.
Self-motivated with excellent communication, negotiation, and territory management skills.
A passion for customer service and meeting sales goals.
