Primary Function of Position:

Leads key procurement initiatives as directed by management.
Provides system support to ensure optimal performance. Partners with internal and external customers to effectively accomplish business tasks; identify improvement areas; troubleshoots and documents system issues; develops and reviews reports; develops solutions within procurement applications and processes; own overall upkeep and training of the procurement systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design & develop readily available spend and cycle time performance measures
  • Ensure common measurement definitions
  • Work with Strategic Sourcing on spend analysis
  • Collaborate with Direct Procurement regarding vendors in common
  • Executes continuous improvement projects to support procurement business objectives
  • Maintains back-end configurations in Coupa P2P, including User Access, Approval Flows, and Routine Interfaces between Coupa P2P, Ivalua and SAP
  • Manage bug resolution (SR + IT) and upgrades as required
  • Create and Maintain Coupa Training initiatives and User Documentation
  • Implement harmonized procurement standards across the global organization to enable efficiencies, effective controls and Company-wide spend management/reporting and processes.
Qualifications

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor\'s Degree, with Related Work Experience At least 8+ years of Procurement and Business Systems experience
  • Qualified candidates will have proven success supporting and maintaining Coupa

  • We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity
  • It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications
