Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect and acquire new customers including:
Concrete contractors
General contractors
Batch plants
Excavation & civil contractors
Developers, superintendents, estimators, and project managers
Cold call, visit jobsites, and network throughout the local construction community
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Present Stone Creek Pumping services and secure job bookings
Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction
Track leads, opportunities, and active accounts
Represent the company professionally in the field
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience
in construction, concrete, excavation, building materials, or related industries
Proven success in
new account acquisition
Strong knowledge of the
Grand Junction / Western Colorado market
Comfortable with cold calling and jobsite sales
Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
CRM experience a plus
