to perform
interior and exterior inspections
for both
vacant and occupied properties
across . The ideal candidate will have experience in property inspections, report documentation, and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
interior and exterior inspections
of
vacant and occupied properties
.
Verify property occupancy status and document all conditions accurately.
Take clear and detailed
photos (before, during, and after)
each inspection.
Complete inspection reports within the required timeframes using mobile apps or portals.
Identify property damages, safety hazards, or code violations and report findings.
Maintain professionalism and communication with property occupants (if applicable).
Follow client-specific guidelines, inspection checklists, and documentation standards.
Requirements:
Prior experience in
property inspections
or
property preservation
preferred.
Must have
reliable transportation
and valid driver's license.
Smartphone or tablet with camera and internet access for report submission.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of
HUD/FHA inspection standards
is an advantage.
Compensation:
