Position Overview

Comerio Homes is seeking an experienced and motivated

Independent New Home Sales Representative

to follow up with buyer leads and guide them through the early stages of our home building process.

This is not a traditional real estate sales job. Selling new construction homes requires a deep understanding of residential construction, floor plans, and timelines as well as the ability to educate and build trust with buyers.

We're looking for someone who can confidently represent our brand, respond to new leads quickly, and follow our process with consistency and professionalism. Comerio Homes will provide leads for you to follow up with and close.

This is a

commission-only, independent contractor role

ideal for a

realtor or new home sales professional

seeking an additional income stream and the opportunity to work with a respected builder.

Compensation

Commission:

1% of contracted sales price per commission

Independent Contractor / 1099 Role

No base salary; pay is per successfully closed contract

Key Responsibilities

Rapid Lead Response:

Contact all new leads within

one hour

of assignment.

Lead Nurture & Follow-Up:

Maintain consistent communication with all prospects until they are qualified, disqualified, or converted to buyers.

CRM Accountability:

Use our CRM to log every contact, update lead stages, and record notes. No exceptions.

Buyer Meetings:

Conduct new home consultations with potential buyers (in-person), present floor plans, explain community options, and guide them through our process.

Process Adherence:

Follow Comerio Homes' established sales process, communication standards, and brand messaging.

Communication:

Stay in regular contact with management and internal team members regarding lead status and buyer progress.

Representation:

Promote Comerio Homes with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

Optional (Secondary):

If desired, generate additional leads through your own sphere, networking, or open houses, but this is secondary to the primary role of handling inbound leads.

Qualifications

Experience selling new construction homes is REQUIRED.

(Realtors or sales professionals without new construction experience will not be considered.)

Excellent understanding of the homebuilding process, floor plans, and buyer journey. Must be organized, responsive, reliable, and able to return calls and emails quickly. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software. Excellent communication, follow-up, and people skills. Kansas and/or Missouri real estate license preferred but not required. You are the representative of the Builder not the buyer. Professional presentation and self-motivated mindset.
