Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships
Conduct outside sales activities such as networking, outreach, and community engagement
Present and explain life insurance options clearly, negotiate terms, and close sales with professionalism
Manage follow-ups, lead tracking, CRM updates, and essential administrative tasks
Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs and recommending tailored solutions
Participate in marketing and outreach efforts across multiple channels
Ensure compliance with all industry and privacy regulations
Assist clients in understanding benefits, coverage options, and long-term financial planning
Review market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Maintain regular communication with clients to encourage loyalty and referrals
Requirements
Experience in life insurance, outside sales, retail sales, or related fields is helpful but not required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
Ability to analyze market needs and plan effective strategies
Familiarity with CRM systems or sales administration tools is beneficial
Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
Capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks
Understanding of basic marketing and outreach strategies
Ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences
Telemarketing experience is helpful but not necessary
