Complete Cleaning Solutions is seeking experienced Independent Cleaning Contractors for residential and commercial cleaning opportunities throughout Saint Cloud, Kissimmee, Orlando, and Central Florida.

Your Responsibilities:

Residential cleaning: general house cleaning, kitchen/bathroom sanitization, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services Commercial cleaning: office janitorial services, retail stores, medical offices, banks, post-construction cleanup Maintain professional standards and client relationships Follow quality checklists and use proper cleaning techniques Carry general liability insurance (required) or obtain upon hire

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial) Reliable transportation to job sites General liability insurance OR willingness to obtain coverage upon hire Ability to pass background check Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks Business mindset and self-motivation

Insurance Requirement:

As an independent contractor, you must carry your own general liability insurance or be willing to obtain it within 30 days of hire. This protects you and your business while working with our clients. We can provide guidance on affordable coverage options (typically $30-60/month).

Compensation:

Per Job: $50-$75 residential | $75-$150 deep clean | $100-$300+ commercial Hourly: $25-$35 based on experience 1099 contractor position Paid weekly Earnings potential: $500-$1,500+ per week depending on workload

Schedule:

Flexible - accept jobs that work for your schedule Daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities Full-time (30+ hours) or part-time (10-20 hours) available Build your own service schedule
