This position requires individual to have their own cleaning company. You must have general liability insurance. You must have workers compensation or be workers comp exempt. You must be able to work after midnight and complete job before 6am. Sunday through Saturday. You must supply your own cleaning supplies and chemicals. Must set up chairs and tables. Job description:
- Vacuum/sweep
- Disinfect facility
- Mop
- High dusting and low dusting
- Spot clean walls
- Disinfect restrooms
- Clean break rooms to include polishing refrigerators, cleaning interior and exterior of microwaves, cleaning drink fountains, cleaning tables, chairs, countertops
- Clean offices,
- Clean windows and glass entry doors
- Discard trash and replace trash liners
- Must be able to work alone and be a self-starter
- Disinfect partitions in restrooms
- Restock restrooms and break rooms and all dispensers throughout facility
- Notify management of anything that needs to be fixed or when things need to be reordered
- Night shift
- Bonus pay
- Minneola, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
