Job Title - Inbuilding Construction Manager
Location - Pittsburgh, PA/ (Warrendale PA )
Duration - 12 Months
Pay Range - $45 to $48/hr on W2
This is Driving Role, Must be ready to use Own Vehicle
:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated in-building construction manager to support large-scale in-building venue deployments in the Western Pennsylvania area. This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of all civil works activities and financial control for assigned projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with client and federal/local standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and site management capabilities, with the ability to guide service providers and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of civil works, ensuring adherence to project schedules, scope, and quality standards.
• Ensure that only customer-approved materials are used and that Civil Works guidelines and schedules are enforced.
• Provide on-site supervision during high-risk activities to avoid customer site performance disturbances.
• Conduct safety inspections, verify tool and equipment conditions, and ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate site activities, ensuring cross-discipline alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor installation workmanship quality and enforce compliance with client, customer, and federal/local safety and construction procedures.
• Perform site pre-inspections, post-construction audits, and visual quality assessments.
• Maintain construction-specific documentation in Site Handler (e.g., SOW, NTPs, RFDS, safety documents, civils progress, and close-out reports).
• Provide technical support to service providers, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and report site performance issues.
• Lead on-site teams with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Write claims, manage material orders and returns, and ensure proper interpretation of civil design plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction management, preferably with projects involving 500+ sites.
• Strong understanding of in-building wireless systems, construction methodologies, and telecom infrastructure.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-site construction projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and quality assurance best practices.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Site Handler.
• Ability to supervise and motivate teams, drive schedule adherence, and resolve field issues effectively.
