Farmers agency with brokerage insurance companies

oProactively sell mainly personal lines (Auto & Home) place all other businesses within agency and brokered carriers available to close all new sales opportunities.

oPivot Life Sales for higher tier commissions opportunity.

This is a fast paced environment working heavily with purchased leads all provided through systems daily persistence is the key and building pipeline for effectively closing and cross selling.

oMonthly goals for accountability & motivation as an individual & team

oEffectively deliver sales goals

oWe provide the highest level for start of training with Top driven technology resources all paid for to assist and equip to support our team!

oEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

oProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Professionalism. Detail oriented. Thinks outside the box.

oService can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, cancellations and billing clarification.

oUnderwriting doc requirements, follow up and ensure adequately submitted in timely manner.

oWork with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

What we're looking for:

oSales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

oSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

oInterest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

oMotivated & excited to utilize all prospecting resources including internet leads, telemarketing leads, and live transfer leads we invest for you!

Day-to-day summary :

oReadily & actively seeking to quote in a quick call-to-pickup live transfer environment.

oPersistently reaching out to leads to develop interest and sales production to close daily.

oMainly focus on generating new productivity in pipeline with cross-selling all lines of products available.

oManage efficiently through agency crms. Enter all data and follow agency systems for complete record keeping & marketing purposes.

oProperty & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
oLife & Health license (open for future growth potential )
