a sales closing role.
This role is for someone who thrives on

speed, organization, and follow-through

You are the first person who touches every new inquiry. Your job is to:
? respond fast
? gather the right information
? route the lead correctly
? make sure no inquiry gets missed

If you love structure and take pride in "nothing falls through the cracks," you'll win here.

Responsibilities

Lead Response & Intake (Core)

1. Respond to all inbound inquiries within

5 minutes

during shift hours

2. Handle inquiries from:

Web forms Phone calls Email Social DMs (if needed) Partner/referral sources
3. Ask the right questions to capture

Date Group size Occasion type (birthday, bach, corporate, etc.) Desired experience (Private Event / Luxe / Karaoke) Budget range (lightly) Sense of urgency

CRM & Routing

1. Log every inquiry into the CRM immediately

2. Tag leads correctly by:

source product type urgency
3. Route leads to:

Sales Hunter (hot/urgent/high-value) Booking Manager (warm/info-first/longer cycle)
4. Schedule calls/tours and confirm appointments

Follow-Up Support

Send templates and info packets Confirm next steps are set Re-engage leads that go quiet (basic follow-up)

What Success Looks Like

Speed to lead under 5 minutes

No missed inquiries Clean lead information Smooth handoffs to sales/booking team Increased conversion from inquiry ? booked

KPIs (How You'll Be Measured)

Response time Contact rate (% of leads reached) Qualified lead rate Correct routing rate Bookings influenced (tracked in CRM)

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable speaking on the phone Extremely organized Can handle a fast-paced environment CRM experience preferred (we'll train if you learn fast) Hospitality/event experience is a plus
