Duties
Handle inbound calls from customers, providing prompt and professional assistance with their inquiries or issues
Deliver exceptional customer support by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions
Assist with client services, including account management and troubleshooting technical or service-related questions
Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and document interactions efficiently
Engage in outbound calling when necessary for follow-up or additional support
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships
Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to document call details and generate reports as needed
Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services when appropriate
Handle cash transactions or payments securely if required during interactions
Qualifications
Proven experience in a call center environment or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
Bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus, enhancing client interactions across diverse populations
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills necessary for daily operations
Ability to demonstrate good phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with outbound calling, sales, or client services is advantageous
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
