We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Call Center Agents. As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their needs are met Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information and negotiate with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
