Responsibilities:

Develop and present architectural concepts, drawings, and 3D renderings for high-end projects. Prepare detailed construction documents using Auto CAD and advanced design tools. Collaborate closely with contractors and architectural partners to ensure seamless project execution. Contribute innovative design ideas and bring creative vision to life in every phase of development. Work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment where design innovation and technical precision meet. ###

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination. Strong skills in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and rendering software. Exceptional attention to detail, design sensibility, and communication skills. A passion for design excellence and collaboration. Fully Bilingual.
