In-Home Support - Community Living

New Horizons is looking for an In-Home Support employee to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals. An In-Home Support employee will work with the individual(s) to develop skills, practice independence, and explore opportunities while providing support to the individual in their home and in the community.


A successful In-Home Support employee will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive relationship with the individual(s) they support. The In-Home Support employee will need to utilize problem solving, time management, and organizational skills while supporting the individual(s) they support.


In-Home Support employees make a positive difference in the life of the individual(s) they support.

Job Qualifications

Eighteen (18) Years of Age or older High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver's License Complete required training including First Aid/CPR certification

Typical Hours: Third Shift w/weekend rotation
