We have an opportunity for an experienced outside sales agent with an interest to join our sales team.

The Chill Brothers are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Sales Agent who wants to throw themselves into a financially rewarding career that offers advancement opportunities based upon performance in a highly competitive and secure industry.

Due to continued growth and business expansion, we're adding sales agents to join our DFW team! The goal is to mentor this individual into a top performer Sales Agent with the option to move into leadership and team building positions.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate to become a Comfort Expert at The Chill Brothers is a goal-oriented individual, entrepreneurial-minded and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Those chosen for this position will have the opportunity to take our highly effective and proven training and eventually help develop other team members for motivation, growth and consistent results. We expect our Comfort Experts to lead by example and set the bar for excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $9,750.00 per week

Work Location: On the road
