Job Summary

As a direct hire, we are seeking a compassionate and flexible Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to an elderly female living in her own home with daily living activities,

specifically including food preparation and management.

The priority need is a provider who is comfortable with meal preparation to commit to a

minimum

of Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evening shifts (approximately 3 hours). There is also a possible need for morning shifts (approximately 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM ) for two to five days a week.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), specifically including meal preparation. Handle a list of common household chores. Observe and document patient behavior and health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall well-being of the patient.

Experience

Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required. Food and meal preparation. Strong observational skills to monitor client health and behavior effectively.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 9 per week
