WE ARE MAINLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT ALREADY TAKES CARE OF AN ADULT DISABLED PERSON OR AN ELDERLY PERSON WITH MEDICAID INSURANCE AND NOT GETTING PAID FOR TAKING CARE OF THEM. IF YOU GET PAID THROUGH THE SATE OR CLIENT, WE WILL PAY YOU MORE. Responsibilities

Deliver personalized in-home care tailored to each client's unique needs, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and laundry Assist with transferring clients from bed to couch or anywhere within the home as client may need help getting around due to medical issues Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness. Assist with medication reminders and ensure clients follow prescribed health routines. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals promptly. Support clients with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary guidelines and assist with feeding when necessary. Follow all care plans and safety protocols diligently to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

Currently taken care of an elderly or disabled person that has Medicaid, but not getting paid for it Prior experience in home caregiving or related fields is highly valued; experience in hospital medicine or emergency medicine is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred for client outings. Certification in caregiving or relevant healthcare fields is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is appreciated.
