We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own residences. Duties

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity. Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and mental well-being. Administer medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Support nutritional needs by preparing meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences. Monitor clients' health status, report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly. Assist with transportation for appointments, errands, or social outings as needed. Follow care plans meticulously while adapting to the evolving needs of each individual. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with family members or healthcare teams.

Qualifications

Prior experience in home caregiving or related healthcare roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures, geriatrics, and post-acute care practices enhances caregiving effectiveness.
