Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating, implementing, and documenting contracts and benefits in information systems, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and proper account configuration. The role includes comprehensive management of technical and operational documentation, administration of technological environments (including AIX), interface development, and continuous process improvement. Additionally, it provides support in eligibility, software testing, code debugging, and change control, guaranteeing traceability and knowledge base updates. Requires interaction with multiple departments and clients to ensure effective implementation and service quality.

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:



Documentation and assembly of all information related to the terms, services, and benefits to be implemented in the information systems completed in the "CIG" for each account/contract. Implement accounts by creating benefits and ensuring that contractual terms are properly established, including associated groups, contract numbers, and everything required for the proper functioning of contracts in the system. Coordinate, direct, and conduct contract implementation meetings, ensuring that all departments understand the services contracted for each account implemented. Keep all documentation of active contracts up to date in an organized and accessible manner for management reference. Guide staff in relation to account management and services to the insured. Collaborate in the process of adding new CMS codes for Advantage accounts in conjunction with staff from the Claims and Provider Departments. Provide support to the eligibility process. Notify your supervisor of relevant situations related to Health Suite. Interact with RAM customer support in situations related to Health Suite. Provide systems administration support for the AIX environment, including daily operations, hardware and software installation and configuration, performance management and troubleshooting, space management, and backups. Work on developing interfaces for new clients in Health Suite. Research, identify, and prototype new or improved processes/procedures for performing support activities, including underlying tools and software products. Document IT department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain technical documentation for newly developed internal applications. Manage and organize change control documentation in compliance with internal policies. Ensure that each project or implementation includes complete documentation prior to deployment. Provide support to the team in code testing and debugging minor issues. Participate in any task that is necessary for the Department or Company.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in business administration with a concentration in computer science. Experience: Two years or more of experience in the field of healthcare and/or computer science * Fully bilingual
