We're looking for an Implementation Specialist who loves bringing order to complexity and helping dental teams run smarter through great systems, training, and technology.


If you've supported or implemented a dental practice management system--whether Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental--you already speak our language. Your mission? To make onboarding new practices seamless, data clean, and teams confident in their tech.

What You'll Do

Lead Implementations:

Guide dental teams through new PMS setup and transitions from legacy systems.

Streamline Data:

Oversee data mapping and migration to ensure accuracy and consistency across practices.

Solve Problems Fast:

Be the go-to for system issues, troubleshooting, and configuration support.

Train and Empower Users:

Conduct hands-on training and create clear documentation that makes learning the system easy.

Connect the Dots:

Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure integrations (Apteryx, Pearl AI, data warehouse, etc.) run smoothly.

Keep Standards High:

Test, audit, and maintain system performance to keep every practice running efficiently.

What You'll Bring

3-5 years of experience working with a dental PMS (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar). Experience supporting multi-location implementations or system upgrades. Comfort with data migration, mapping, and validation. A clear understanding of dental workflows and how technology fits into day-to-day operations. Strong communication and training skills--you know how to make the technical make sense. A proactive mindset, curiosity, and passion for helping teams succeed.
