Contract Timeline: Beginning May; with potential for extension to at least July 31, 2023 Founded by educators and technologists passionate about improving education, Clever is on a mission to unlock new ways to learn for all students. Already used by more than 65% of U.S. K-12 schools, Clever brings all applications into one secure portal and provides single sign-on for everyone. With the leading network of digital learning providers, Clever makes school more engaging, personalized, and fun. We\'re looking for a contract Implementation Specialist who will support Clever\'s brand new paid product offering for district IT teams to secure access to sensitive staff applications. Clever already provides single sign-on for 500+ application partners. In your role, you will help district IT teams provide single sign-on to sensitive staff applications through Clever. Embedded with the team designing, building and marketing this new secure access product at Clever, you will be a critical touchpoint to support them with onboarding and success. You will apply your skills to a consultative approach with school and district administrators and help gather insights to evolve our new product. You will be involved in discovery to learn gaps in our current solution, come up with solutions quickly, and communicate feedback to the rest of the team. A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Support districts that need help during onboarding, and help configure staff application connections to meet their needs
  • Understand district needs and educate them about Clever\'s single sign-on capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with the cross-functional team members to help improve our product by organizing customer feedback and feature requests.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
  • 1st Month: Learn about all aspects of our new product, help districts with onboarding questions, and share learnings about district needs with the team.
  • 2nd Month: Own district onboarding, including identifying districts that are struggling, help districts with complex onboarding needs and identify themes from district needs.
  • 3rd Month: Continue scaling district onboarding and work with the team to identify key levers to scale onboarding by making it more self-serve.
WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • You have sales, customer success or other experience in educating customers and setting them up for success
  • You are excited to solve problems alongside district IT teams, and love to understand the technical aspects of their setup
  • Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
  • You are a relationships person - you thrive helping customers over the phone or email
  • Bonus: Experience working in IT, especially with identity systems (e.g. Google Admin, Microsoft Active Directory)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with different types of SSO (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML)
  • Bonus: Experience working with or in K-12 schools
