About This Role

Covered Insurance is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead customer and vendor implementation projects across our customer network. This role is customer-facing, managing the full implementation lifecycle from project kickoff through launch and post-go-live support ensuring seamless integration, exceptional client experience, and successful outcomes.


The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and relationship builder, adept at balancing multiple customer engagements, coordinating internal resources, and maintaining accountability across teams and deliverables.

About You And Your Experience

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or Associate Degree with CAPM certification. 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing implementation or project management work in SaaS, Insurtech, Fintech, or technology-enabled services. Strong client management and presentation skills, with proven experience leading cross-functional projects. Excellent leadership and communication abilities with a customer-first mindset. Proficient in project management tools Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity. Experience working directly with external vendors and enterprise clients. Strong problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills. Self-starter with a passion for improving systems, communication, and implementation success. Additional Desired Qualifications: PMP certification Click-Up experience Digital Insurance Implementation experience Demonstrated success leading partner or customer onboarding implementations. Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation tools
