Implementation Lead - Telehealth Behavioral Health Program

Responsibilities

Own the 30-day program implementation plan Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, IT platform setup, and scheduling workflows Serve as primary launch liaison between Blue Rose and government POCs Develop and distribute program marketing materials Lead kickoff meetings, timelines, and milestone tracking Ensure full operational readiness by Day 30 Partner with PM, Clinical Lead, and Data Lead

Required Qualifications

3-5 years in program implementation, healthcare operations, or telehealth deployment Experience leading implementation for large or multi-state behavioral health programs Strong project management skills (PMP preferred but not required) Excellent communication/documentation skills * Ability to work under compressed timelines
