Your Role:
As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care tailored to each resident's personalized Plan of Care. You'll monitor and track changes in residents' conditions, communicate proactively with healthcare teams, and ensure the highest standards of care while supporting residents' dignity and quality of life.

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
