Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate notes on the computer
Greet customers and check them in and out
Prepare and assemble class books and training materials
Print certifications and make certification cards
File invoices and maintain organized office records
Contact customers regarding class schedules and certificate pickup
Run local errands as needed
Provide general office and administrative support
Skills and qualifications:
Basic typing and computer skills (email, data entry, printing)
Ability to use standard office equipment (printer, scanner, copier)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly, professional communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Reliable and punctual
