Part-time: Every Wednesday (8A-4:30P).


Flexibility to cover occasional PTO (preferred).

Provide customer service, reception and clerical support ensuring patient records and schedules are efficiently maintained and recorded for all areas in a fast-paced Imaging environment. The ideal candidate will have the following:


Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish required Previous clerical, reception, admitting or registration work preferred Able to type a minimum of 30wpm Must be organized, able to multitask Ability to work well under pressure Excellent communication and customer service skills required Course work related to medical terminology preferred
