About the role



The Image Analyst I performs analysis and quality control (QC) on imaging data and metadata. Image Analyst I personnel are responsible for quantitative results


generated in an imaging study. Analysts will be trained on all assigned analysis


pipelines. Following demonstration of proficiency, analysts will contribute toward QC and troubleshooting of complicated analysis cases. Image Analyst I staff are assigned to multiple projects where they will work under the supervision of the project's lead analyst. Analysts may also be asked to contribute to other analysis-related duties (creation and editing of SOPs, ad-hoc efforts, etc.).


Essential Functions:


o Analyze image data and associated non-image data


o Quality control analyses


o Manage data on online project repositories


o Utilize required analysis software platforms as needed (PMOD, VivoQuant, MIM, and


iPACS)


o Other duties as assigned





Qualifications:


o BS in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, physics, neuroscience, chemistry, or biology)


o 0-1 year of relevant academic or industry experience


o Willingness to learn image analysis techniques and software


o Excellent communication skills


o Superior time management skills


o Strong attention to detail


o Cooperative and willing to work in a team environment


This role is remote. Candidates located in CT or MA are preferred. The annual hourly pay for this role is $21.40- $40.96. This range represents the anticipated initial annual salary and will vary depending on several factors including the candidate's experience and skills as well as market rate adjustment.
