A well-established, physician-led practice near Salem, Illinois, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant with experience in allergy and immunology. This is a full-time opportunity in a welcoming Midwestern community known for its strong sense of local pride, tight-knit neighborhoods and easy access to nature and outdoor recreation.
What You'll Do...

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages
• Develop individualized treatment plans for allergy, asthma and immunologic conditions
• Administer immunotherapy and related treatments (training available if needed)
• Educate patients and families about disease management and prevention
• Collaborate closely with board-certified allergists and a supportive clinical team
• Expect to see 25-30 patients per day, with a steady flow of internal referrals

• Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant with at least 2 years of allergy / immunology experience
• Confident working independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
• Patient-centered and adaptable as the practice integrates expanded specialty services
