We are seeking a

IH Project Manager

to join our Bethpage, NY team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

To oversee investigators performing AHERA inspections in schools Prepare Management Plan Reports and perform Quality Control Assist Billers in providing invoices to clients Review contracts and be responsive to clients' needs Give updates to upper management on budgets

Minimum requirements:

A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Sciences Minimum of 5 years experience performing AHERA inspections and preparation of AHERA Management Plans Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess a valid NYC DEP asbestos Investigation Certificate and a NYSDOL Inspector & Management Plan Certificates

Technical requirements:

Proficient in reading and sketching drawings Skilled in using software like Microsoft office and be familiar with other applications relevant to AHERA Management Plan Reports

Other miscellaneous qualities:

Detail Oriented Valid Drivers License Legible handwriting Ability to lift 50 lbs

Compensation:

$114,400 - $120,640 annually



The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state's law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
