What you'll do
Assist the lead teacher in developing and executing lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
Support classroom management by maintaining a structured and positive environment conducive to learning.
Engage with children through interactive activities that promote literacy education, math concepts, and social skills.
Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs or disabilities, ensuring all children thrive.
Foster effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Collaborate with team members to develop curriculum materials that align with educational standards.
Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions among students.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Basic qualifications
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
