IFS Solution Architect
Location: United States of America

In this role, you'll:

Lead IFS solution implementations

within your functional area -- from business analysis through go-live and post-implementation support.

Design IFS solution architecture

across modules and ensure seamless integration with other client systems.

Coordinate project teams

and manage cross-functional workstreams to ensure aligned delivery.

Prepare and review IFS implementation documentation

-- including process modeling, solution specifications, and architecture designs.

Configure IFS applications

in your assigned functional modules and oversee necessary customizations or extensions.

Deliver training and knowledge transfer

to client key users and end users.

Support pre-sales activities

-- including IFS solution presentations, effort and cost estimates, and technical input to proposals.

Mentor and assist consultants

in solving complex IFS implementation challenges and conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Ensure IFS projects are delivered on budget and according to scope

, with structured post-implementation handovers to support teams.

About You:

Experience:

Proven track record at least 3 years of experience as an IFS Solution Architect or Senior Consultant, with full lifecycle implementation experience.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in IFS functional module design, configuration, and integration.

Leadership:

Ability to coordinate project teams and mentor consultants.

Analytical Skills:

Capable of preparing cost and effort estimates and ensuring delivery within agreed budgets.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, client-facing presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Flexibility:

Willingness to travel within the U.S. for client meetings and key project milestones.

Proactive mindset:

Desire to help build a growing organization in a new market.

Presales experience would be an asset
