TRC Staffing is currently in search of an Identity and Access Analyst for a Healthcare Provider in Georgia!

Job Summary
IA Analyst III is the highest provisioning escalation resource for providing depth of expertise in content to help guide teammates on projects while also making diverse and complex individual contributions. Responsible for leading the building, design and testing of all application security groups, to include but not limited to EPIC, for all users and physicians. Actively coordinates and provides best practice recommendations for security with application teams across the organization. Identify role-based security needs and map security roles to job functions. Responsible to assist with testing and troubleshooting with the end users and ITS staff members. Collaborates with application analyst and end users to ensure they have the access required to do their job. Maintains system security access across various systems and configures security access based off of signed access request forms. Ensures optimal operation of provisioning tools and applications. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Licensure or other certifications: Epic Security Coordinator required with Provider Administration badge
  • Educational Requirements: bachelor\'s degree. 4-year degree in Computer Science, MIS or other computer-related field or equivalent experience in similar IT environments. In lieu of bachelor\'s degree (11) years of experience in similar environments will be considered.
  • Minimum Experience: 7+ years of IT security operations experience

Job Specific and Unique Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of confidentiality, integrity, and availability principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Personal Health Information (PHI) data security standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and privacy.
  • Ability to leverage best practices and lessons learned of external organizations and academic institutions dealing with cyber issues.
  • Advanced skill in developing and applying security system access controls.
  • Ability to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the management, operational, and technical security controls and control enhancements employed within or inherited by a system to determine the effectiveness of the controls (i.e., the extent to which the security controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and producing the desired outcome with respect to meeting the security requirements for the system).
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assists the Information Security Officer in identifying areas within the organization\xe2\x80\x99s information systems environment requiring improvements to information security. Leads the development of plans to address these issues.
  • Manages and administers processes and tools that enable the organization to identify, document, and access intellectual capital and information content.
  • Oversees the security and user access controls of the company\xe2\x80\x99s information systems
  • Leads advanced analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex information security problems and incidents.
  • Provides guidance regarding the security and user access controls of the company\xe2\x80\x99s information systems
  • Educates helpdesk and application teams on security provisioning processes and procedures.
  • Write instructional materials (e.g., standard operating procedures, production manual) to provide detailed guidance to relevant portion of the workforce.
  • Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
  • Design, develop, integrate, and update system security measures that provide confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation.
Daily support and administration of provisioning tools.
