What You'll Do

As a

Mobile PM Technician

, you'll be the first line of defense in

preventive maintenance and fleet readiness

. Your focus will be on:

On-Site Preventive Maintenance

- Performing PM services such as

oil changes, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, tire inspections, and brake services

at customer locations.

Fleet Reliability & Compliance

- Ensuring vehicles are

DOT-compliant

and reducing unexpected breakdowns.

Advanced Diagnostics & Technology

- Working with

the latest diagnostic tools and fleet management platforms

to ensure efficient service.

Quick Repairs & Inspections

- Identifying issues before they turn into costly failures, keeping customer trucks on the road.

Customer Service & Communication

- Building strong relationships by explaining findings and ensuring top-tier service for every fleet you support.

What We're Looking For

Prior mobile maintenance experience is required

--you must be comfortable working in the field. Experience with

preventive maintenance

and minor repairs on

medium and heavy-duty trucks

. A valid driver's license and

the ability to obtain a CDL license

(we will help you get it). A professional who takes

pride in their work and customer service

. Familiarity with

diagnostic tools and digital fleet management platforms

. ASE certifications or OEM training are a bonus, but we will provide training for the right candidate.
