Communicate with prospective customers by telephone, text and email
Responsible for scheduling all of our approved work with the customers
Going over schedules for routing and ensuring best efficiency and timeliness
Works closet with crews to ensure high completion rate/assist in ensuring proper materials are ordered and on hand at time of job
Answering customer questions, providing information and working with other team members that are assisting with customer service
Calling customers with existing service agreements due for maintenance and upselling where possible with additional services
Use Jobber to schedule appointments, as well as adding to and inputting customer information
Comfortable in a fast paced environment that changes frequently; able to be flexible and respond to changing priorities
Utilize portals for builders we are working with to access information for jobs
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous working experienc as a Scheduler or Customer Service Representative
Self motivated, fast learner and highly organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of G Suite applications such as Sheets, Docs, etc.
Familiarity with Jobber, BuilderTrend, ArcSite is an asset
Team player who is a self starter and able to learn independently
Confident in utilizing and learning new software programs
