is responsible for processing and issuing employee and contractor identification cards and access badges in compliance with Agile Dream Team's security policies. This role provides front-line customer service, ensures accurate documentation and recordkeeping, and manages payment reconciliation for lost or replaced ID cards. The position supports both internal staff and contractors by maintaining secure and efficient ID card operations.
Responsibilities
Accept and verify appropriate documentation for the
issuance of ID cards and access badges
.
Advise employees and contractors on
ADT's ID and badge issuance policies and procedures
.
Process payments for
lost or replacement ID cards
, and ensure accurate reconciliation and deposit of collected funds.
Maintain secure records of ID card issuance and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
Support internal audits and assist with reporting on ID badge inventory and usage.
Provide excellent customer service to staff and contractors during the ID issuance process.
Collaborate with HR, Security, and Facilities teams to ensure smooth coordination and access control compliance.
Handle sensitive personnel and security information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Entry-level position requiring
1 year of demonstrated experience
providing direct customer service in an ID Card or Access Control Office.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with ID badge management systems, database entry, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Residency:
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to
Washington D.C.
(on-site position).
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and customer service orientation; ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
