$10,000 sign-on bonus available ; current employees are not eligible. Position Summary:
The Medical/Surgical ICU Unit Registered Nurse is responsible for assessment teaching planning and coordinating patient care for the post surgery patient. We offer the following benefits to support you and your family:

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

  • Current California License as RN
  • Current BLS certification AHA issued
  • Current ACLS certification AHA issued
  • Current PALS certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
  • Critical care experience required
Physically able to walk, stand, stoop and lift safely. Ability to work in an environment of frequent interruptions. Accurate assessment of cardiac rhythms with demonstrated understanding of appropriate interventions and medications. Ability to assume leadership in code blue procedures. Knowledge of current use/adverse effects of unit specific titrating medications. Accurate assessment of multi-system complications with demonstrated understanding of appropriate interventions. Accurate interpretation and use of unit-specific equipment. Ability to read, speak and write English. Computer skills required.
Pay Range
$63.38 - $81.47/hour
