We offer a hybrid workplace with three days onsite in our corporate office- either Waitsfield, VT or Andover MA

What you'll be doing:

Analyze, design, and implement software solutions based on Business Requirements Create Quality Software from Design Specifications Perform thorough unit testing to ensure smooth production implementation Document applications and processes developed Train internal and external customers in the usage of new applications Research, Debug and resolve issues reported by the business Research, Debug and resolve issues reported by the business Complete Projects on Time and within Budget Collaborating with team members on projects Continually Build your Knowledge of the Business Work with business areas to continually improve and automate processes, increasing productivity and efficiencies

What we are seeking:

The ideal candidate has a related college degree and/or equivalent experience in software development. Solid Experience with: RPG III, RPGLE, RPG Free, SQLRPGLE, CL, and SQL Data base design in DB2, DDS, DDL IBM Rational Developer Tools IBM i Platform, operating system and security Solid requirement gathering, coding, testing and documentation skills Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written fashion with both internal and external customers Enthusiastic, creative solution provider for small and midsize projects Experience working with users at all levels Ability to manage multiple tasks and day to day issues that arise

Bonus Skills:

Experience with EDI (Trusted Link/BizManager400), Software Change Management (MDCMS), Document design (EZ Designer Pro), DBU, HTML, Java Script, CSS, ETL Tools, Node.js, SFTP/FTP, MS Teams, Sharepoint Experience with manufacturing and order life cycle applications. Familiar with Help Desk System workflow (SysAid) .NET framework, C#, Python

Salary $77-90k
