Seeking an experienced
IBI Web FOCUS Client Administrator
to manage and support Web FOCUS Client environments includingInfo Assist, BI Portal, and Report Caster
. The role focuses on user security, content management, report scheduling, and environment migrations.Key Responsibilities:
Administer Web FOCUS Client environments (InfoAssist, BI Portal, ReportCaster)
Manage users, groups, roles, and security rules
Support report publishing, scheduling, and delivery
Perform content migrations across Dev, QA, and Prod
Troubleshoot access, visibility, and delivery issues
Monitor jobs, logs, and alerts
Collaborate with BI developers and support business users
Assist with upgrades, patches, audits, and documentation
Required Skills:
Strong WebFOCUS Client administration experience
User security, roles, and group management
LDAP / Active Directory and SSO integration
Content deployment, scheduling, and migration
Log analysis and issue troubleshooting
Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
WebFOCUS 8.2.x or 9.x
Basic knowledge of WebFOCUS Reporting Server
Tomcat / IIS
Azure or AWS exposure
Shell or PowerShell scripting
