Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hydrovac Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating hydrovac trucks to safely excavate and expose underground utilities while adhering to all safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Operate hydrovac trucks and associated equipment for excavation tasks. Jetting technician and operator for a combo truck. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with crew members to plan and execute excavation projects. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards before beginning work. Document daily activities and report any issues or concerns to management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with hydrovac trucks. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and requirements. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with crew members. Must possess a valid driver's license; a commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
