Main responsibilities Hydraulic & Industrial Hose Fabrication, Product Assembly, & Customer Service.

R&A Industries Inc., a family-owned and established company in New England, is currently a one location Hydraulic & Industrial Hose distributor for many Manufacturers. Beyond Hose & Fittings, R&A Industries offers other products that pertain to the Construction Industries such as Ground Engaging tools, Petroleum products, Tools, Safety Equipment, and other commodity items.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong Customer Service and IndependentWork Performance Moderate to Strong Mechanical Skills Automotive or Mechanical Background Be Motivated to learn quickly and become proficient with Hydraulic & Industrial Product Systems, Fabrication, and Assembly. Hydraulic Knowledge preferred but not required. Moderate Computer skills. Authentic attention to detail. Proper Appearance (Company Apparel & Dress codes required) Good Communication written or verbal- Team Player. Take Instruction. Reliable Transportation Ability to Lift up to 50lbs. Ability to Work & Accomplish in a Shop Atmosphere.

Responsibilities

of the position include but are not limited to:

Handle, Identify, and Fabrication Hydraulic Hose Assemblies in Retail Setting. Fabricate Industrial Hose Assemblies on Shop Board/Schedule. Process Jobs from Order Acknowledgement Stage to Shipping. Work Hand-In-Hand with Outside Sales Team to Process Orders & Transactions. Construct personable and positive relationships with customers. Be able to develop skills with Computer System that is in place. Enter Order and Invoices.

Preferred Qualities:

Detail Orientated. Highly-Motivated.

Mechanical or Automotive Background.

Hydraulic Knowledge is considered a Plus.
