About the Role
JXH LLC is a fast-growing, service-disabled veteran-owned healthcare ecosystem, hiring Sales Representatives to expand our footprint across Dallas-Fort Worth and North Texas.
You'll work from a specified territory, building relationships with medical practices and healthcare providers to introduce them to the wide range of products and solutions JXH offers.
No healthcare experience? No problem. We provide a comprehensive sales training program. Whether you're coming from real estate, tech, logistics, or retail -- if you know how to build relationships, close deals, and stay consistent, this is your chance to transition into the recession-resistant world of healthcare sales.

As a JXH Sales Rep, you're not stuck with just one product. You'll be empowered to build lasting relationships by offering a bundle of real solutions, including:
Medical Devices & Biologics (JXHcare Inc)
Denied Claims Recovery (JXH Recovery)
Provider Credentialing Services (JXH Credentialing)
Full-Service Healthcare Marketing Solutions (JXH Marketing LLC)
Referrals to our Nonprofit for Combat Veterans: JXH.org (501c3)
You're selling results, not gimmicks, where each account has multiple revenue paths.
Who We're Looking For
You might be a fit if you're:
A top sales performer in any industry (SaaS, real estate, finance, agency, logistics, etc.)
Experienced in medical device, biologics, surgical sales, or RCM/billing
A career-switcher who's tired of corporate ceilings and looking to build something
A self-starter who doesn't need micromanagement -- and doesn't make excuses
Open to learning a complex industry and building real expertise over time

Responsibilities
Prospect and close healthcare provider accounts within your territory
Educate clients on how JXH's bundled solutions increase revenue and reduce waste
Build and manage a pipeline using our Zoho CRM
Cross-sell multiple JXH services depending on provider needs
Work closely with JXH onboarding, billing, marketing, and recovery teams
Join weekly training sessions, strategy huddles, and leadership check-ins
Compensation
Commission-only (1099) to start -- highly competitive payouts across all services
Cross-sell bonuses for bundled solutions
W2 conversion available after rapidly attainable milestones:

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
