What you'll own

Desk to Delivery:

Work hand-in-hand with sales to structure profitable deals that close today.

The Box:

Present compliant menus, maximize product penetration (VSC, GAP, tire/wheel, ancillary), and protect the customer experience.

PRU/PVR Domination:

Lift attachment rates and gross via training, accountability, and process--no shortcuts.

Lender Relationships:

Match paper to programs, buy deeper, overcome stips, and

fund fast

.

Compliance:

Perfect paperwork, accurate disclosures, menu compliance, Red Flags/OFAC, eSign, and CIF.

Team Leadership:

Coach sales pros on TOs, objection handling, and clean deal jackets; set the pace on the tower.

CIT Discipline:

Drive same-day callbacks, funding accuracy, and zero-defect delivery packets.
What you bring

Experienced Applicants Only

: Prior

Finance Manager AND Sales/Desk Manager

experience required (retail automotive).

Track Record of Results

: Consistent high PRU/PVR, strong product penetration, clean audits.

The toolkit you know cold

Menu selling platforms (RouteOne, Dealertrack, Darwin, MenuMetric, etc.) DMS/CRM proficiency (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack DMS, VinSolutions, eLeads, etc.) Lender portals & program guidelines (prime, near-prime, subprime) eContracting, CIT workflows, and auditable documentation standards
What success looks like (first 90 days)

Lift PRU and product penetration across the board (VSC/GAP/Tire-Wheel). Reduce funding times and CIT days with zero rehash drama. Increase close rate with clean TO cadence and disciplined desk process. Five-star review mentions tied to your delivery experience and transparency.
Compensation & schedule

Top-of-market pay plan
