Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven
Hybrid Sales Representative
to join our growing team. This role will combine
outside sales
(client visits, prospecting, networking) with
inside sales
(inbound inquiries, account management, quoting). The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and has a strong understanding of B2B sales--ideally within the print, marketing, or creative services industries.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and solutions.
Meet with potential and existing customers throughout the Greater New Orleans area to assess needs and present print solutions.
Handle inbound leads, prepare quotes, and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.
Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client needs are met accurately and on time.
Maintain a CRM with updated contact, activity, and pipeline information.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience (print or marketing industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable with both field and office work - must be willing to travel locally for client visits.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Knowledge of printing processes, paper types, file formats, and finishing options is preferred (but not required).
