This Non-Profit health system is actively interviewing for Licensed Mental Health Case Managers to work a Hybrid schedule. You will join a growing Intensive Outpatient mental health program with one of California\xe2\x80\x99s premier health systems. These positions are open to a wide range of Mental Health Professionals, including LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC.

The Licensed Case Manager will report to the Manager of Behavioral Health Case Management. This person will have the opportunity to work with a wide array of healthcare professionals, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), and Clinical Psychologists. This could be an exciting role, where the incoming Licensed Mental Health Case Manager would have the opportunity to learn and grow through a broad range of professional development activities.

The leadership team for this Mental Health program is looking for a compassionate and experienced person for the Licensed Case Manager position. This is an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) position, but Inpatient experience would also be very helpful. The Case Manager will provide Mental Health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, along with crisis intervention services for a wide range of client and patient demographics. This person will work closely with Physician and Psychiatric professionals to plan and direct individualized treatment programs for each client\xe2\x80\x99s situation.

More broadly speaking, the Hybrid Licensed Case Manager will have opportunities to work well beyond day-to-day patient / client services. This person will serve as an educator for both patients and families to ensure therapeutic regimens are followed, and will be able to work with the organization to enhance research and further larger educational goals.

The Licensed Mental Health Case Manager will work in a Hybrid environment. During the first 90-days, this person will be expected to work onsite four days a week, with one day work-from-home.
