is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Team. HVAC Service Technicians are paid weekly and have uncapped commission opportunities.

What you will DO:

Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan) Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance

What you NEED:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician Must be 21 or older Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean record Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn Physical dexterity
