HVAC Technician

Summary:

Seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a large facility. The role ensures efficient, safe, and reliable operations of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Multiple shifts available (6 AM-2:30 PM, 2:30 PM-10 PM, 10 PM-6 AM).

Key Duties:

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain chillers, compressors, cooling towers, heat pumps, air handlers, and refrigeration units. Perform preventive maintenance and repair on HVAC and control systems. Calibrate and troubleshoot pneumatic, electronic, and electrical controls. Work with BMS/CMMS systems and ensure EPA compliance for refrigerant handling. Maintain service logs and respond to urgent maintenance issues.

Requirements:

10+ years of commercial HVAC experience EPA/CFC Certification required HVAC Journeyman License and degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred Knowledge of BMS, CMMS, and energy management systems Experience with 480V electrical systems Strong communication skills and valid driver's license

Pay: $33.11 - $45.87 per hour
