Job Description

Local Pensacola real estate company seeking a skilled HVAC technician and maintenance technician to perform repairs to rental properties. This position is full time Monday-Friday 8:30-5PM. The ideal applicant must be able to identify and perform HVAC repairs and replacements, as well as perform quality residential handyman level maintenance/ carpentry repairs while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. All tools and a company vehicle are provided.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

-Inspect and prepare residential homes and apartments for occupancy and sale.

-Perform final a walk through on homes to verify repairs have been made.

-Report deficiencies to Property Manager

-Service and install HVAC systems

-Perform touch up painting and minor repairs on rental units and sale homes

-Complete punch out items as directed.

-Changing lights, hanging blinds, replacing outlets and switches

-Light plumbing and electrical skills.

-Properly maintain and organize tools, supplies, and other company property.

-Good customer service skills

-Ability to take direction and work well with others

MUST ALSO HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND AND DRIVING RECORD and be able to pass a drug test.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry at least 50lbs

Must be able to climb ladders and stairs repeatedly through out the work day

Must be able to work a minimum of 8 continuous hours in exposed weather conditions.
