What You'll Do

As an

HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

, you will:

Provide scheduled maintenance for residential HVAC systems Review and explain findings to homeowners Complete approved repairs and/or installations with support from service technicians
Basic Requirements (Required Skills & Experience)

Residential HVAC experience preferred Customer service experience required Ability to obtain

Mech 4 and EPA certifications

within 90 days of hire Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform HVAC maintenance tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Compensation

Average Pay:

$25.00 per hour

Performance-Based:

Compensation tied to metrics on monthly scorecards
